Vascular conditions and diseases are as diverse, often as complex, as the circulatory system itself, and become more challenging as we age.

Join Sarasota Memorial’s Vascular Specialists as they offer their expertise on the latest treatments during a free lecture series in February. All presentations will be held 4:30-5:30 pm in Sarasota Memorial's first floor auditorium, 1700 S. Tamiami Trail. A brief Q & A will follow each lecture.

Cooking Matters
Join Sarasota Memorial and All Faiths Food Bank for a FREE 6-week community Cooking & Nutrition series.

Learn nutritional information and simple cooking techniques to promote a healthy lifestyle and reduce the risk of chronic disease. Participants will receive a complimentary meal during class, free groceries to take home and a cookbook.

Classes will be held 4-6 pm every Monday for six weeks starting Feb. 23 at Sarasota Memorial’s Institute for Advanced Medicine and HealthFit, 5880 Rand Blvd., Sarasota (1/2 mile west of I-75 off Clark Road).

Reduce Your Risk of Diabetes
Join our certified Diabetes Education team for a FREE class on ways to prevent diabetes. Topics include: Stress Reduction, Weight Management, Healthy Eating Tips and Risk Factors.
